Geared toward 5-10-year-old athletes with no experience- Tumble Tech is a great place to get started! Athletes learn the importance of body lines and shaping as well as introductory tumbling skills. Progressions will both precede and supersede skills such as handstands, cartwheels, and walkovers.

30 minutes or conditioning combined with 30 minutes of flex stretching.
Vegas Premier Athletics highly recommends conditioning to ALL athletes. Focused on building endurance and overall performance, conditioning is a catalyst for any athlete of any skill level to achieve their goals. The class is structured with a dynamic warm-up and a repeating circuit. High-energy music gives athletes a low-pressure environment while improving their overall performance.
A class concentrated on the basic range of motion that often goes overlooked. Athletes will learn open/neutral/closed body concepts. Class begins with a dynamic warm-up in order to loosen up our bodies. The remainder of the class is focused on deeper stretching. Additionally flex focuses on cheer body positions such as needles, scales, and front stretches. Vegas Premier Athletics highly recommends flex classes to ALL athletes regardless of skill or position in order to improve overall athleticism.
An introductory class made for athletes 10 years old and up. Level 1 is a great place to get started! Athletes learn the importance of body lines and shaping as well as introductory tumbling skills. Progressions will both precede and supersede skills such as handstands, cartwheels, and back walkovers. The primary focus is to build a strong foundation for our athletes so that they can carry it over to the next level and/or sport.

Athletes begin to learn and drill for the coveted back handspring skill as well as its overlooked counterpart the front handspring. Here our coaches begin to merge flexibility and strength to ensure that athletes are able to apply and maintain both strength and flexibility.

Athletes begin to learn airborne skills such as front tucks, back tucks and aerials. Combination skills from previous classes and specialty passes are also a major focus.

Athletes will begin drilling layout positions and learning full twists both front and back. Arabians and whips are also covered in class.

Flight School is a stunt-focused class where coaches and athletes alike work together to create fun stunt sequences. While Flight school is intended to give flyers more air time Vegas Premier Athletics does aim to give each participant a chance to learn each position of a stunt in a safe and encouraging environment.
Designed for competitive youth athletes. Our Acro class teaches tumbling skills such as walkovers, handsprings, and aerials. Additionally, athletes will work on training flexibility which is essential to proper technique for tumbling skills and body positions.
Our Leaps & Aerials class also continues to strengthen leaps and jumps for our athletes through plyometric work along with a strong focus on the aerial tumbling skills.
